Ind. Decisions - 7th Circuit Posts One Today

U.S. v. Elmo Cash (SD Ind.,Larry J. McKinney, Chief Judge)

Before FLAUM, Chief Judge, and EASTERBROOK and SYKES, Circuit Judges. FLAUM, Chief Judge. Following a one-day trial, a jury convicted defendant-appellant Elmo Cash of one count of threatening a federal employee in violation of 18 U.S.C. ยง115. Cash was sentenced to thirty-seven months of imprisonment and three years of supervised release. He now appeals his conviction. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
