Ind. Courts - Vigo County names new chief deputy prosecutor
The Terre Huate Tribune-Star reports today:
Sarah K. Mullican will become chief deputy prosecutor effective Jan. 1, Vigo County Prosecutor Robert Wright said Monday.Mullican will fill the vacancy of Jim Walker, who was appointed by Gov. Mitch Daniels as judge of the newly created Vigo County Superior Court Division 6.
“She is very qualified and as the first deputy, it is logical for her to step up into the chief deputy position,” said Wright, who also said he believes Mullican is well-qualified for his own job.
