Ind. Decisions - More on: Curley Plaintiffs petition for immediate consideration by Supreme Court

Updating this ILB entry from yesterday, the ILB has just received this information from a reliable source:

The Indiana Supreme Court just agreed, by a vote of 3-2, to decline jurisdiction over the Republicans’ appeal. This means their only recourse is to pursue an appeal through the normal means, that is, to the Indiana Court of Appeals. It’s unlikely the COA will agree to expedite, now that the Supreme Court has declined to intervene.
