Ind. Courts - An Order today in a Vanderburgh County case
Of procedural interest, in the case of Kerry J. Greenwell v. State of Indiana (see ILB summary of COA opinion here -5th case), the Supreme Court has this afternoon issued this "Order Dismissing Petition to Transfer," dismissing the currently pending tranfer petition.
