Ind. Courts - More on "'Salacious' affidavit results in jail time for client Hinds, attorney Denney"
Updating this ILB entry from yesterday, Rick Yencer reports today in the Muncie Star-Press in a story that begins:
Special Judge Brian Hutchison has decided not to preside over the conspiracy-to-commit-bribery trial of attorney Michael Alexander.In an order handed down this week, Hutchison granted Alexander's latest request for a change of judge.
Alexander's attorney, Donald McClellan, filed the change-of-judge motion last week, claiming Hutchison had expressed bias and prejudice against Alexander in conversations he had with a friend, Julie Ashman.
