Ind. Courts - Still more on: Maryland Public Defender Calls Drug Courts Unconstitutional
Last Saturday I posted this ILB entry on drug courts, the new proposed Marion County rule re ex parte communications and problem solving courts, and the new ethical canons for judges. The entry ended by asking for thoughts from attorneys/judges on Comment #4 to Canon 2.9. Hearing none, and because the entry appeared on a Saturday morning, I thought I'd offer a second opportunity.
