Ind. Courts - Howard County Judge Jessup criticizes prosecutors’ procedures

Editor’s note: When Superior Court II Judge Stephen Jessup presented his court’s budget to the Howard County Council during the budget hearings, he didn’t offer up a lot of ideas to cut costs, but had plenty to say about how the prosecutor’s office costs the county time and money.
