Ind. Courts - More on: Court makes a number of rule changes
Updating this ILB entry from Sept. 16th, which providing links showing the nine sets of new rule amendments (i.e. with strikeouts, etc.), the Court has now uploaded the new rules, as changed. These various rules, as changed, take effect Jan. 1, 2010.
The one exception, and the 10th revision, is the "Order Amending Rules of Evidence (617)," which takes effect Jan. 1, 2011. For background see this Sept. 16th and this Sept.15th ILB entry.
