Ind. Decisions - Four transfers granted, three today and one a week ago
The ILB has received notice of three transfers granted today and one a week ago - the three from today should be on next Monday's list, Francis was already included on last week's list:

- Richard Patrick Wilson, et al. v. Gene Issacs, et al., Supreme Ct. #09S05-1003-CV-149 , Ct. of Appeals #09A05-0906-CV-344, March 17, 2010 - here is the Dec. 15, 2009 ILB summary of the COA opinion, involving a question of immunity in a suit against a sheriff.
- Joshua Nicoson v. State of Indiana, Supreme Ct. #32S04-1003-CR-150 , Ct. of Appeals #32A04-0905-CR-241, March 17, 2010 - Here is the Jan. 20, 2010 2-1 COA opinion that begins: "Today we decide an issue of first impression regarding the application of double jeopardy principles when a defendant‟s sentence is enhanced based on his use of a deadly weapon."
- Term. of the Parent-Child Rel. of I.A. (J.H. v. IDCS), Supreme Ct. #62S01-1003-JV-148 , Ct. of Appeals #62A01-0905-JV-252, March 17, 2010 - Here is the Dec. 10, 2009 COA NFP opinion - Here is a quote: "The trial court did not err in finding that DCS proved that there existed a reasonable probability that the conditions that resulted in the removal of the child would not be remedied and in granting the petition to terminate Father's parental rights." [Note: the Supreme Court heard oral argument on whether to grant transfer on March 17th.]
