Courts - Blogger appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court

Pawlenty made his judicial appointments a little more than a week after the high court ruled his 2009 unallotments of the state budget were illegal. The three justices considered for the chief justice seat cast the dissenting votes in the 4-3 decision.The ILB has been working on an entry about that ruling, look for it later today or tomorrow.
