Courts - More on "Tensions Run High, Very High, at Wisconsin Supreme Court"
Updating this entry from earlier today, Jennifer Epstein of Politico reports:
Infighting on Wisconsin’s Supreme Court must be resolved for the sake of the public’s confidence in the high court, Republican Gov. Scott Walker said Monday. * * *ILB: Strains on the separation of powers ...“I think it is a very serious allegation, and ultimately, law enforcement is going to be involved to sort that out,” he added in an interview on the affiliated TV station, referring to an allegation that one justice put another in a choke hold during a meeting behind closed doors.
