Ind. Courts - "Late payment fee OK'd for violations"
From a brief item in the South Bend Tribune:
SOUTH BEND -- Beginning Monday, a late payment fee of $25 will be assessed on all criminal, traffic and ordinance violations that have not been paid by the time specified by the court or Traffic Violations Bureau, according to the county clerk's office.The ability to initiate such a fee was granted by the Indiana General Assembly during the last legislative session.
