Ind. Law - Attorney Bob Hammerle involved in accident [Updated]

Thoughts and prayers for Indy attorney Bob Hammerle, who was hit by a motorcycle while on foot. He's in stable condition at Methodist.[Updated Oct. 19th] Here is a report by Eric Berman of WIBC:
A prominent Indianapolis defense attorney is in intensive care after being hit by a motorcycle.Robert Hammerle's former law partner Steve Allen says Hammerle was leaving a Broad Ripple restaurant Monday when a motorcycle rounded a corner and ran into him. Allen says Hammerle was knocked down and banged his head on the pavement:
Allen says the head injury didn't require surgery, and says Hammerle is expected to recover, but says there's no telling how long that process will take.
