Ind. Decisions - More on "Retired farmer's suit against 2 law firms can proceed"
Updating this ILB entry from Nov. 3rd, today's Indianapolis Star contains a brief item headed "Couple settle with 1 law firm in legal malpractice lawsuit." Some quotes:
Notice of the settlement with Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim was filed Tuesday with Hamilton Circuit Court. * * *The Andersons' legal malpractice lawsuit against the remaining defendant, the Indianapolis law firm of Krieg DeVault, is set for trial Dec. 12.
