Ind. Decisions - 7th Circuit decides one Indiana case today

In Robert Jones v. C&D Technologies (SD Ind., Lawrence), an 11-page opinion, Circuit Judge Kanne writes:

Robert Jones brought this action alleging that his employer, C&D Technologies, Inc., interfered with his right to take leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), 29 U.S.C. ยง 2601 et seq. The district court granted summary judgment for C&D Technologies, reasoning that Jones was not entitled to FMLA leave because he did not receive treatment during his absence. We affirm.
