In Charles Mitchell v. State of Indiana , a 7-page opinion, Sr. Judge Garrard writes:

Charles Mitchell appeals his conviction and sentence for Class D felony theft. Ind. Code ยง 35-43-4-2(a) (2009). He contends that the evidence is insufficient to sustain his conviction, the trial court relied on improper aggravators when sentencing him, and his sentence is inappropriate. We affirm.
