Ind. Decisions - COA denies interlocutory appeal of David Lott Hardy [Updated]

The Court of Appeals in an order docketed today, summarily denied an interlocutory appeal of Indiana's former top utility regulator, David Lott Hardy. See this July 31st ILB entry for background.
