Updating this ILB entry from Oct. 25th, and this one from Oct. 16th, the docket now shows that, despite respondent's objection to the commission's Oct. 15th motion to add additional changes, the motion has been granted. The Oct. 25th order continues:
THE MASTERS, RECOGNIZING THAT THE TRIAL WILL BE UNDERWAY BEFORE RESPONDENT'S ANSWER TO THE COMMISSION'S AMENDED STATEMENT OF CHARGES IS DUE, NOW SHORTENS THE TIME OF RESPONDENT'S ANSWER TO OCTOBER 30, 2013.The ILB has received a number of reader inquiries about the upcoming disciplinary trial - but only has an answer to the first:

- Will the trial be open to the public. YES
- As the trial will take place in the Supreme Court courtroom, it could easily be videocast. Will it be?
- Are the commission's and J.Brown's witness lists out? Do the parties have to file witness and exhibit list?
